Guru Yoga Meditation on the 16th Karmapa
> Mondays, from 7:30pm to 9:00pm
There will be a 10-minute talk at 7:45 and
the meditation will begin promptly at 8:00.
Our Buddhist meditation group would like to invite anyone interested in learning about Tibetan Buddhist meditation to join our weekly Guru Yoga meditation. Guru Yoga meditation is one of the most powerful methods of Tibetan Buddhism. The meditation is guided in English and runs about 30 minutes, no preparation or previous experience is required. Newcomers are welcomed with an introduction to the basics on Buddhism. We hold regularly a short talk about the Buddhist teachings prior to the meditation.
