Our Buddhist meditation group would like to invite anyone interested in learning about Tibetan Buddhist meditation to join our weekly Guru Yoga meditation. Guru Yoga meditation is one of the most powerful methods of Tibetan Buddhism. The meditation is guided in English and no preparation or previous experience is required. We also have a small lending library of books, pamphlets and videos. We encourage the practice of Diamond Way Buddhism in a relaxed, joyful environment.
