We are very pleased to announce the beginning of our meditation sessions with new schedules and address, which we hope you will find at your convenience. Our activities will begin on March 1st. If you want to join we welcome you with arms wide open !

      Please note that on Tuesdays at 7:00pm we start our evening by
      a Dharma Talk (around 10min long) that a friend from our group
      (Sangha) shares with everybody!

Our Buddhist meditation group would like to invite anyone interested in learning about Tibetan Buddhist meditation to join our weekly Guru Yoga meditation. Guru Yoga meditation is one of the most powerful methods of Tibetan Buddhism. The meditation is guided in English or French and runs about 30 minutes, no preparation or previous experience is required. Newcomers are welcomed with an introduction to the basics on Buddhism. We hold regularly a short talk about the Buddhist teachings prior to the meditation. A selection of study texts and audio/video recordings of teachings given by Lama Ole Nydahl and other teachers are available for lending and for sale. We encourage the practice of Diamond Way Buddhism in a relaxed, joyful environment.

   Personal Practice
Our Buddhist meditation group also offers you the opportunity to learn about the Buddhist Refuge and the Foundational Practices of Tibetan Buddhism. In a direct and very practical way, these preliminary practices bring forth our potential while removing the veils which keep us from experiencing and expressing our Enlightened nature.
